If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for merchandise (excluding custom nutrition plans, classes, introductions) for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer easy, free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To initiate a return send email to email@example.com with RETURN SERVICE typed in the subject line. We provide you a FREE shipping label to send us your item back for your product return. We are happy to accept returns of unwashed/unworn and smoke/fragrance/pet hair free within 30 days of your package being delivered. If we receive an item that is not in new, re-sellable condition, you will be charged a restocking fee (50% of what you paid for the item). Once your item is received your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment or send you a gift card, depending on your preference.
If you are unable to print a label from our system, you will be responsible for purchasing your own shipping label at the post office and mailing the item back to us. Please mail the item to this address:

DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY
If you have received an item that you feel has a manufacturer/printing defect, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item(s) and if needed provide a shipping label for you to ship us the damaged items back. We strive to check each and every item we ship, but sometimes we miss imperfections!
